Talented local Chef, Sebastian Moh is collaborating with Asia Institute – Crane House on his cooking class series, Wok Through Asia: A Delicious Journey with Sebastian Moh.
Chef Sebastian will present a Taiwanese menu for the October cooking class paired with alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages.
You will watch Chef Sebastian make a 3-course traditional Taiwanese dinner, and have a sit-down dinner with the class. All participants will receive a copy of the recipe the week before the class.
