Louisvillian Pastry Chef Lin will demonstrate hands-on skills to make traditional and contemporary mooncakes.
Dr.Wu from the University of Louisville will educate the class on the Legend of Mid-Autumn Festival’s tradition and history.
Mooncake flavors include matcha, taro, mango, and boba! Feel free to take these handmade mooncakes home with you!
